          Who is EP Insurance Solutions?

          EP Insurance Solutions is a software development company that drives brokerage growth through innovation and technology.

          The company was founded in 2025 by Erin Puhalski after she changed career paths from the Ontario insurance industry.

           

           

          Our experience

          Our founder, Erin Puhalski, worked in the Ontario insurance industry at the brokerage level from 1989 until 2024.

          During her career, she held several roles such as Senior Commercial Insurance Broker, Team Leader, Auditor, Training and Development, and Business Operations.

          She spearheaded the development of a training department and facilitated knowledge enhancement, skills development, onboarding of new employees, and process improvement.

          In 2021 she found her passion when she was hired to restructure a brokerage by creating
